• FRATURED collection items
• All final sale items (marked on product pages)

2. Once approved, package items securely with all tags attached

6.5 Exchanges

For size exchanges on AB Family Match, Girls Swimwear, or Boys Swimwear:

• Clearly indicate your desired exchange item and size
• We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
• Price differences will be invoiced as needed

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our Clothing, Beachwear, or Accessories collections:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the issue
• We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
• Choose between replacement (if available) or full refund
