Important Notes:

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
  • Handmade Pieces and FRATURED collection items are final sale due to their custom nature

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, repackage items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund to your account.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on our AB Family Match, Girls Swimwear, or Boys Swimwear collections:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired exchange item and size
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the quality of our specialty collections, these items cannot be returned:

  • Handmade Pieces (due to their custom nature)
  • FRATURED collection items
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our Clothing, Beachwear, or Accessories collections:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
  4. Choose between replacement (subject to availability) or full refund
